The Condell Private Letter is a business newsletter published specifically for executives and senior level managers in the land title industry. It has been published continuously since 1992.

If you are an upper-level professional in the industry or have reason to be interested in the business affairs of real estate transactions, land title practice and technology, or title insurance, you should be a subscriber now.

The Condell Private Letter is published a minimum of 12 times each year. Due to the seriousness and speed of current events it is being published every 25 days at this time.

A one-year subscription to the Condell Private Letter is $295.00. For those not in the title industry subscriptions are $395.00 per year.

A new six-month subscription recognizes that times are difficult for title firms everywhere, making tightened budgets a requirement. A six month subscription is now available for $150 for title industry people and $200 for non-industry subscribers.
